As I write this blog entry there is an insurance adjuster in the shop who is looking over a clients car. She brought the car in for a detail job as she wants to put it up for sale. While doing a preliminary inspection on the car I observed hail damage over multiple panels.

I informed her of this and recommended speaking to her insurance agent, which she did. They will pay for the repair and have offered her a rent a car while the repair is being completed. This repair will take place at our shop by our visiting PDR technician.

Needless to say she is happy with the way this is progressing and I am very happy that I have been able to help her in this manner. The car will now be much more attractive to a possible buyer.
